Parent Mail

Here at Bardfield Academy, we use ParentMail, an online payment service which allows you to pay for school items on your smartphone, tablet or computer, or by using PayPal. This makes the payment process easier than ever before.

You can use ParentMail to pay for:

  • School Meals
  • Playtime tuck – *NEW – see note below
  • Breakfast Club
  • After School Clubs
  • Holiday Clubs
  • School trips
  • Uniform
  • Parents Meal
  • Swimming
  • Nursery Donation
  • Paid Nursery Sessions

*Payment of tuck money through ParentMail – tuck can be purchased in blocks of 20 (£5) by Thursday of each week. The credit will then be loaded onto a card and given to the children the following Monday to be able to redeem daily against single tuck items, until the credit is gone (around 4 weeks if used daily). Please note: money must be paid in advance the week before being able to use.

We will inform you about items you need to pay through ParentMail, and you will then be able to pay electronically, with money transferred directly into the school’s bank account.

It’s all very easy, safe and secure as ParentMail doesn’t store credit or debit card details and works in the same way as other large retailers who accept online payments.

Initially, you will need to hand your email address in to the school office, to enable them to add your details to ParentMail.

All parents need to do is register with ParentMail and then download the ParentMail App.

To ensure you can manage online payments on ParentMail and use the App, please follow the guidance below.

To use the latest version of ParentMail all you need to do is verify your account. You will be sent either an email, or text message, from ParentMail – when you receive this please just follow the instructions below.

If you have both a mobile number and an email address registered on your account, you will receive a registration invitation by text and email. You can decide which way you register – but you will only need to register once.

Mobile registration: Please click on the link from the text message and follow the verification process. You will be asked to enter some details, answer a security question to verify who you are and to set a password for your account.

Email registration: Please click on the link from the email and follow the verification process. As above, you will be asked to enter some details, answer a security question to verify who you are and to set a password for your account.

Once registered: Download the App for free from either the Apple APP store or the Google Play Store – simply search ParentMail (PMX)
